a D&D London restaurant
Olivier is one of the most experienced sommeliers at D&D and has been with the group for 14 years. He caught the wine bug as a child, visiting vineyards in France with his father and moved to the UK in 1996. He then spent a year as head sommelier at l’Oranger Restaurant under Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing.
In 1997 he moved to take up a position opening the private members’ Bluebird Club. He worked there as assistant head sommelier for six months, before being promoted to head sommelier, a position he held until 2001. He then moved to Coq d’Argent as head sommelier in the same year.
Our wine list runs to more than 600 bins, including some exceptional wines at prices significantly lower than our competitors
