From 25 May 2017, innovative yoga pop up Fat Buddha Yoga will be running morning yoga sessions from the stunning rooftop garden at Coq d’Argent with spectacular views over the city skyline.
Founded by DJ and yoga trainer, Jessica Skye, Fat Buddha Yoga is a modern take on traditional yoga, aiming to teach yoga as a way to look after the body as well as the mind. These are high energy classes that focus on healthy, positive living with music mixes to kick-start the day.
In addition, guests have the option to complete their morning with breakfast at Coq d’Argent, served from 7.30-10am, where they can choose from a generous menu which includes Greek yoghurt with honey, berry compote, fruit salad or muesli and Smoked salmon and spinach eggs Benedict. There are also some fantastic vegan options such as Crushed avocado and hazelnuts on toast and Beetroot and potato rosti with honey dressing.
Fat Buddha Yoga is a class suitable for all levels and will take place every Thursday at this great location from May until September. Limited mats provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own if possible.
Tickets are £15 per class, or £56 for four classes. Walk-ins are welcome but booking is advised.
