We all know December is a time for overindulgence which is why we’ve created a brand new Vegan Tasting Menu, so you can start the new year off feeling fresh, cleansed and detoxed.
Head Chef Damien Rigoullet, has created a very special Vegan Tasting Menu consisting of six healthy courses. Start off with Betterave, red beetroot tartare, black truffle, raspberries and a mango yolk, followed by Pot au feu, winter root vegetable stew, puff pastry, tofu and saffron. Save room for sweet treats at the end with our exotic fruit salad and dark chocolate brownie with coconut sorbet.
And if you’d like to hire your own private Lodge d’Argent chalet, you can order the Vegan Tasting Menu in the chalets throughout January. Just let us know when booking.
Our Vegan Tasting Menu is available from Monday 6th January alongside our regular Vegan Menu from Monday to Sunday, seven days a week, at £50 per person.
