We love excuses to use truffles – what’s better is when they are in season and we can get our hands on the best around. Therefore between 2nd-21st November we’re showcasing a white truffle tasting menu available for £85 per person or £145 per person with wine pairings.
To start off you can enjoy scrambled duck egg with grated truffles, followed by seared cherry smoked cod fillet with truffle risotto and 28 dry-aged beef fillet “Rossini” with Perigourdine sauce. Finish off with a naughty dessert of bitter chocolate fondant, white chocolate ice cream and truffles.
Our truffle menu will be available for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, and dinner only on Saturday; and it has to be ordered by the whole table.
