The "Triathlon Tartare" is a trio of fish tartares, one salmon, one seabream and one tuna all seasoned to perfection.
The "Champion Cheese Platter" is a curated cheese board featuring the best of French cheeses. Order it to share, as a snack or for dessert.
The "Five Rings Macarons" nods to the famous logo of the international games. Each macaron comes in a limited edition summery flavour: lemon, pistachio, raspberries, blackcurrant and blueberries.
Pair it with the "Invictus" cocktail, made with Tanqueray Gin, Italicus Rosolio de Bergamotto, Noilly Prat and Lemon Juice.
