At Coq D’Argent, we are proud to bring you the world’s first honey mustard macaroons, made in collaboration with La Maison Maille! Our fabulous Head Chef, Damien Rigollet, has experimented with the famous mustard to create some delicious sweet treats for you to enjoy in our menu from Wednesday 14th September.
To celebrate the collaboration, the Maille Boutique at Piccadilly will host an one-off macaroon masterclass on Tuesday 13th September at 6.30pm with Damien , who will talk about the flavours that inspire him, his Maille macaroon creation and tips on making the perfect macaroon. Guests will be able to try the limited edition French treats and get hands-on experience in macaroon decorating and tasting, with a selection to take home at the end!
