Lodge d’Argent always brings French Ski Chalet spirit to our restaurant. Inspired by this years event we created wonderful cocktail which will transport you to Alpine ski slopes.

Alpine Sour
50ml Hennessy fine infused with apricots and Earl grey tea
15ml Peach puree
10-15ml lemon juice
Egg white
Hard shake all ingredients together and serve in chilled coupe glass. Garnish with vanilla powder and fiola flowers.
